Aon is seeking an experienced accountant specializing in pension schemes, working on a range of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. The role involves preparing financial documents, liaising with client teams, and delivering expert financial support across various pension scheme clients in Birmingham.
As a Pensions Accountant, you will prepare Trustee Reports and Financial Documents for a portfolio of pension scheme clients, ensuring FRS102 and SORP compliance. You'll work closely with Aon specialist teams, client relationship managers, and external auditors to deliver accurate financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong statutory accounts production experience in pensions, with the ability to build positive relationships with client teams, auditors, and investment managers. You should possess a high level of technical knowledge about regulatory and statutory requirements, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
