Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for their Globally Managed Clients team in London. The role involves managing client relationships in the reinsurance sector, providing proactive support, analyzing client requirements, and facilitating insurance coverage placements with a focus on efficient client service and comprehensive market interactions.
The primary responsibilities include proactively handling client needs, partnering with Account Executives and broking teams to market reinsurance placements, communicating with clients and reinsurers, and analyzing client requirements to identify appropriate insurance coverage. The role involves compiling market submissions, preparing presentations, resolving client and reinsurer queries, maintaining data in Aon's IT systems, and generating contractual documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Account Manager or Contract Expert with an excellent understanding of the (re)insurance market. Requirements include being educated to A-level standard, demonstrating strong client and reinsurer relationship management skills, possessing excellent data analytical and problem-solving abilities, and having high-level interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with understanding of compliance and FCA regulations, is essential.
