As a Senior Advisor Risk Control & Engineering, you will conduct on-site risk assessments for clients' property insurance needs, identifying and evaluating potential risk factors such as fire, natural hazards, and liability. Your primary responsibilities include performing facility risk control surveys, developing risk management programs, creating client loss estimates, reviewing new facility risks, conducting hazard assessments, investigating client losses, and delivering loss prevention training.
The ideal candidate must have an engineering degree (mechanical, civil, chemical, electric, industrial, or petroleum engineering), with experience in the insurance/broker market preferred. Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is required. The role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, a proactive hands-on mentality, and well-structured organizational skills. Experience in inspection or security services will be advantageous.
