Primary responsibilities include maintaining diverse insurance applications, responding to second-line technical queries, optimizing system connections, running queries, creating dashboards and reports, analyzing data, and instructing users on new functionalities.
Required experience includes HBO level education, 3-5 years in a similar role, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access), SQL, ANVA software, data analysis skills, and experience with data conversions. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Lean, and PRINCE2 methodologies is preferred.
