Job description
Aon is seeking a Senior Specialist SMO in Rotterdam who will be responsible for strategic input in the Client Service Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to integrate work processes and translate business strategies effectively.
As a Senior Specialist Service Management Organisatie (SMO), you will provide strategic input for your business unit from your specific business function and technical expertise for the Client Service Delivery department. You will translate the business unit's strategy into team plans and functional sub-areas, and be responsible for integrating work processes within the Service Management Organisation of the Client Service Delivery team.
The role requires customer focus and organizational sensitivity. You must be precise with an eye for detail, possess knowledge of operational risk management. You should be social and able to empathize with different stakeholders while simultaneously being decisive and persuasive. You are responsible for executing tasks within your team with integrity, care, and compliance. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are essential.
