Required experience includes extensive expertise in insurance broking, strong commercial and analytical skills, proven track record in advising large clients, current market knowledge, ability to perform under pressure, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills. Candidates should have a deep understanding of industry-specific insurance products and risk management.
