The ideal candidate should have affinity with the insurance industry, preferably with work experience in a similar role. A HBO (higher professional education) level is required, along with essential insurance diplomas such as Wft Basis, Schade Particulier, Schade Zakelijk, and Inkomen. Strong communication and social skills are crucial, with a solution-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
