Primary responsibilities include managing specialists towards a common goal, developing consultative selling skills, understanding alternative risk solutions, and contributing to the growth of the department while working with large international corporations.
Required experience includes having Wft Basis, Wft Schade Particulier, Wft Schade Zakelijk, and Wft Inkomen certifications (or willingness to obtain them quickly). The role demands strong social skills, ability to connect within the Aon network, and comfort working in English both verbally and in writing.
