Primary responsibilities include working in specialized teams across areas like Commercial Risk Solutions, Reinsurance, Health, Wealth, and Talent. Graduates will develop skills by supporting senior executives and brokers, participating in client-facing activities, and contributing to team projects.
Required skills include strong adaptability, customer orientation, teamwork, professional ambition, minimum B2 English proficiency, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and a willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement with their university and be available for full-time work in Madrid, Barcelona, or Bilbao starting September 2025.
