The role involves first-line technical support, data analysis, and service request management. No prior application management experience is required, as Aon provides opportunities for both junior and experienced professionals.
As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that various insurance registration applications run effectively and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for employees with first-line questions, investigating their information needs and responding accordingly. You will handle standard changes and service requests, run (box) services, and process daily manual items.
Required skills include MBO work and thinking level, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and SQL, extensive work experience with data analysis and processing, experience with data conversions, and user support experience. Analytical ability and enthusiasm for running queries and analyzing data are crucial. While previous application management experience is not a strict requirement, it is helpful.
