Job description
As an Application Manager at Aon, you'll be the primary point of contact for first-line inquiries and ensure the effective and efficient operation of various insurance registration applications. You'll support employees, handle standard changes and service requests, and play a crucial role in maintaining smooth IT operations.
Primary responsibilities include answering first-line questions, resolving incidents, executing standard changes and service requests, running box services, and processing daily manual items. You'll be responsible for coordinating with all involved parties, instructing users about new functionalities, participating in weekly team meetings, and providing advice on application usage within organizational processes.
Required skills include intermediate professional level (MBO work and thinking level), strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and SQL, extensive experience in data analysis and processing, ability to perform data conversions, and strong user support capabilities. Candidates should be adept at navigating large organizations, demonstrating independence, persuasiveness, and flexibility.
