Primary responsibilities include answering first-line questions, resolving incidents, executing standard changes and service requests, running (box) services, processing daily manual items, providing user instructions for new functionalities, participating in weekly team progress meetings, and advising on application usage within organizational processes.
Required experience includes MBO work and thinking level, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and SQL, extensive experience with data analysis and processing, experience with data conversions, and user support skills. While prior application management experience is not mandatory, familiarity with these areas is advantageous.
