As an Application Manager (Applicatiebeheerder), you will be responsible for ensuring the diverse insurance registration applications operate effectively and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding first-line inquiries, investigating their information needs, and addressing them. Your primary responsibilities include handling standard changes and service requests, running (box) services, and processing daily manual items.
Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, processing data conversions, and user support. While prior application management experience is not mandatory, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access), SQL, and data analysis skills are highly beneficial. The role requires an MBO work and thinking level, with the ability to independently navigate a large organization, demonstrating persuasive and flexible communication skills.
