Aon is seeking an experienced Reinsurance Broker in Warsaw to manage a Property & Casualty reinsurance portfolio. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and reinsurance partners, identify business opportunities, and contribute to innovative product development in the Central and Eastern European region.
Manage and oversee a Property & Casualty facultative reinsurance portfolio, ensuring effective contract execution, renewals, and communication with clients and partners. Identify new business opportunities and growth potential in existing portfolios and emerging markets. Collaborate with product teams to develop innovative facultative reinsurance products tailored to changing market needs.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in reinsurance or reinsurance brokerage, with a solid understanding of facultative reinsurance. Must have excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English are essential, with additional CEE language skills being advantageous.
