Primary responsibilities include mapping and analyzing potential business prospects, organizing and participating in commercial meetings, representing Aon's commercial offerings, collaborating on technical bid customization, maintaining Aon Connect, participating in sector events, monitoring target achievement, and actively sharing insights with territorial offices.
Required skills include strong interpersonal and commercial abilities, willingness to travel frequently, critical data analysis, team collaboration, knowledge of public administration and healthcare sectors, understanding of public procurement codes, result-oriented mindset, priority setting, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
