The Business Developer Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and participating in commercial meetings, representing Aon's comprehensive commercial proposition, collaborating on technical bid customization, maintaining Aon Connect, participating in sector events, monitoring target achievement, and actively sharing insights with territorial offices and relevant solutions teams.
Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal and commercial skills, willingness to travel frequently in the assigned territory, critical data analysis capabilities, team collaboration abilities, and knowledge of public administration, public healthcare, and private healthcare sectors. Preferred qualifications include understanding of Public Procurement Code, legal procurement dynamics, result-oriented mindset, risk analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
