As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, creating new business opportunities, and expanding Aon's service portfolio. Your primary focus will be on identifying and leveraging opportunities with national and international clients, developing account plans, and driving profitable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a completed HBO/WO education, demonstrable work experience in the insurance or intermediary sector, possess Wft diplomas in basis, damage, income, and care. You should have strong commercial insight, proactive innovation skills, excellent relationship management capabilities, and the ability to create and develop strategic propositions.
Aon offers a competitive compensation package ranging between €5,500 and €6,973 per month, with a flexible salary component of 19.21%.
