Aon is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Client Director to join their dynamic commercial team in Paris. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of successful commercial experience in the insurance sector, focusing on managing and developing enterprise client portfolios, analyzing risks, and providing high-value insurance solutions.
As a Client Director, you will be responsible for guaranteeing commercial results for assigned portfolios, maintaining client relationships, analyzing client risks, proposing optimal insurance guarantees, and conducting commercial prospecting across various sectors and target markets.
The role requires a Master's level (Bac+5) education in Commerce or Insurance, with a minimum of 8 years of proven commercial experience in Property & Casualty insurance, preferably in insurance companies or brokerage. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in enterprise client management, risk analysis, and strategic business development.
