Job description
Aon is seeking final year university or professional training students for a client account management internship in Barcelona. The role involves providing personalized customer service, managing documentation, and supporting internal client management processes in the insurance and risk consulting sector.
The primary responsibilities include attending, managing, and administering documentation according to the management's strategy. Specific tasks involve client coverage order tracking, portfolio monitoring, client follow-up, documentation management, policy and receipt registration, and document dispatch to insurers and clients.
Required qualifications include being a student in the final years of professional training or university in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. Candidates must have a high level of English, proficiency in the Office package (especially Excel), strong teamwork skills, organizational capabilities, and a desire to learn and develop in the insurance sector.
