As an Internal Account Manager, you'll be the core of the commercial internal service team, managing a business portfolio and working closely with Account Managers to optimally serve clients. You'll plan customer visits, prepare them, follow up on action items, and be an expert in analyzing risks and translating them into appropriate solutions. Key responsibilities include comparing products and policy conditions, requesting and evaluating quotes, and ensuring follow-up.
You'll need a HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of education, and be prepared to obtain WFT (Financial Services) certifications in basis, Damage Private, Damage Business, and Income. The role requires being driven, communicatively skilled, and able to act as a sparring partner for clients. You must be able to maintain overview, prioritize and plan effectively, and work in a structured manner.
