Job description
An internal account manager role for insurance services, where you'll be the primary contact for business clients, providing advice on damage and income insurance. You'll work closely with account managers, manage a portfolio of approximately 150 business relations, and have the freedom to develop client relationships and expand the customer base.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the core of the commercial internal service team. You will manage a business portfolio of approximately 150 relations with 20-300 employees and a turnover of 25-75 million euros. You will plan client visits, prepare them, and follow up on action points. You'll analyze risks and translate them into appropriate solutions, request and evaluate quotes, and ensure their follow-up.
You must have an HBO work and thinking level, possess WFT base certifications including Damage Private, Damage Business, and Income certifications. You should be driven, communicatively skilled, capable of maintaining oversight, working structured, and proficient with computer systems. You must be able to handle work pressure, adapt easily, and take responsibility.
