Job description
As an internal account manager, you will be the primary point of contact for business customers, providing advice on damage and income insurance. You'll work closely with account managers to manage and expand the customer portfolio, offering personalized solutions and maintaining high-quality service.
As an Internal Account Manager for Insurance, you will be the core of our commercial inside sales team. You'll manage a business portfolio and work closely with an Account Manager to optimally serve customers and expand the client base. Key responsibilities include planning customer visits, preparing meetings, following up on action points, analyzing risks, and translating them into appropriate solutions.
The ideal candidate should have an HBO work and thinking level, be prepared to obtain WFT basis, Schade Particulier, Schade Zakelijk, and WFT Inkomen certifications. You should be driven, communicative, able to act as a sparring partner for clients, maintain overview, prioritize and plan effectively, and work in a structured manner.
