Job description
An internal account manager role at Aon focusing on business customer support in insurance services. The role involves managing a business portfolio, providing expert advice on damage and income insurance, and working closely with account managers to serve and expand the customer base.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the core of the commercial internal service, managing a business portfolio and working closely with Account Managers to optimally serve customers. Your primary responsibilities include planning customer visits, preparing and following up on action items, analyzing risks, and translating them into appropriate solutions.
Required skills include a HBO work and thinking level, preparing to obtain WFT basis, Property Insurance (Particulier and Zakelijk), and Income certifications. You should be driven, communicative, able to act as a sparring partner for clients, maintain oversight, prioritize and plan effectively, and work in a structured manner.
