Job description
An internal account manager responsible for managing business customer portfolios, providing expert advice on damage and income insurance, and closely collaborating with account managers to deliver optimal customer service and expand client relationships.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the core of our commercial back office, managing a business portfolio and working closely with an Account Manager to serve clients optimally. You will plan client visits, prepare for meetings, follow up on action items, analyze risks, and translate them into appropriate solutions. Your responsibilities include collecting market information, comparing products and policy conditions, requesting quotes, evaluating them, and ensuring proper follow-up.
The ideal candidate must have an HBO work and thinking level, be prepared to obtain WFT base, Property Insurance (Particulier and Zakelijk), and Income certifications. You should be driven, communicative, able to act as a customer sparring partner, maintain overview, prioritize and plan effectively, and work in a structured manner. Strong skills in cross-selling and deep-selling, staying updated on trends and developments, and maintaining customer care are essential.
