Job description
As an Internal Account Manager for Mid Market at Aon, you will be the primary point of contact for business clients, providing advice on damage and income insurance. You will manage a business portfolio of approximately 150 relationships and work closely with Account Managers to deliver excellent service and expand the customer base.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will manage a business portfolio of 150 clients with 20-300 employees and revenues between 25-75 million euros. You'll plan client visits, prepare follow-ups, analyze risks, translate them into appropriate solutions, request and evaluate quotes, and ensure follow-up. You'll contribute to market information gathering by comparing products and policy conditions.
You must possess an HBO work and thinking level, and hold WFT basic, Damage Personal, Damage Business, and WFT Income certifications. Strong communication skills, structured work approach, and adaptability are essential. You should be able to handle work pressure, take responsibility, and view changes as opportunities.
