As an Internal Account Manager, your primary responsibilities include connecting with small business entrepreneurs via email, phone, and video calls. You will be the key contact point for business clients, handling inquiries, assessing needs, providing advice on commercial damage insurance, and serving as the liaison between customers and internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have an HBO-level education in a commercial field, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, possess WFT Basis and WFT Business Damage certifications (or be willing to obtain them), demonstrate excellent Dutch language communication skills, and show enthusiasm and drive for client engagement.
