Job description
Aon is seeking an Internal Account Manager for Small Enterprises who will interact with small business entrepreneurs via multiple channels, providing insurance solutions and advice. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, commercially driven, and able to build relationships with business clients while offering tailored insurance products.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for small business customers, engaging with them through various channels like email, phone, and video calls. Your main responsibilities include explaining Aon's services, understanding client needs, providing advice on business damage insurance, and serving as a connector between customers and internal departments.
The role requires a professional with an HBO-level education, preferably in a commercial field, with at least 1 year of similar experience. Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain WFT Basis and WFT Business Damage certifications. Strong Dutch language skills, both written and verbal, and enthusiasm for customer engagement are essential. The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
