This role is for an Internal Account Manager in the Small Enterprises division at Aon, focusing on connecting with small business entrepreneurs and providing appropriate insurance solutions. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with business clients through multiple communication channels, offering advice on business damage insurance and being a key point of contact between customers and internal teams.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for small business entrepreneurs, communicating via email, phone, and video calls. Your main responsibilities include explaining Aon's services, understanding customer needs, and providing expert advice on business damage insurance. You will serve as a critical link between customers and internal parties like mandate companies.
The ideal candidate should have an HBO level education, preferably in a commercial field, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You must possess or be willing to obtain WFT Base and WFT Business Damage certifications. Strong Dutch language skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The role requires enthusiasm, drive, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
