Aon is seeking an Internal Account Manager for Small Enterprises who will engage with small business entrepreneurs, provide insurance solutions, and act as a key point of contact for business clients. The ideal candidate will communicate enthusiastically, understand client needs, and provide professional advice on business damage insurance.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for small business entrepreneurs, communicating via multiple channels including email, phone, and video calls. Your main responsibilities include explaining Aon's value proposition, understanding customer requirements, providing advice on business damage insurance, and serving as a critical link between customers and internal parties like the power of attorney company.
The role requires a professional with HBO-level education (preferably in a commercial field), minimum 1 year of similar experience, and mandatory WFT Base and WFT Business Damage certifications. You must possess excellent Dutch language skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate enthusiasm and drive in building strong client relationships. Strong communication and advisory skills are essential for success in this position.
