Aon is seeking an Internal Account Manager for Small Enterprises who will engage with small business entrepreneurs, provide insurance solutions, and serve as a key point of contact for business clients. The role involves proactively communicating with customers via multiple channels, understanding their needs, and offering tailored business damage insurance advice.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for small business entrepreneurs, communicating through various channels like email, phone, and video calls. Your main responsibilities include establishing connections with business clients, explaining Aon's services, understanding their specific needs, and providing comprehensive advice on business damage insurance.
The ideal candidate should have an HBO work and thinking level (preferably in a commercial direction), minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, possess WFT Basis and WFT Business Damage certifications, demonstrate excellent Dutch language skills (both written and verbal), and show enthusiasm and drive in client relationship management.
