This is an exciting internship opportunity at Aon, a global leader in risk management and insurance intermediation. The role involves supporting the Professional Team in managing insurance conventions, providing customer assistance, and analyzing insurance products. As a member of the Professional Team, you will receive specific training on the conventions we manage. In particular, you will support the team in managing conventions dedicated to professionals and, once you have gained experience, you will be able to independently manage cases that arise. You will be responsible for customer assistance during product purchase on the platform, technical analysis of existing policies, helping clients understand proposed products, and managing relationships with insurance companies for products outside the convention.
Required skills include strong computer knowledge (Office package), team work orientation, customer and result focus, availability, and German language knowledge is considered a plus. Candidates should be comfortable with administrative tasks, data analysis, and customer communication in a professional setting.
