Job description
Aon is seeking a Customer Coordinator for Pensions who will serve as the primary point of contact for client pension dossiers. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment within the SME and Global Corporate Clients segment, proactively managing client communications, offering trajectories, and ensuring optimal service quality.
As a Client Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders in pension dossiers, ensuring optimal service quality and maintaining client relationships. Your responsibilities include establishing, monitoring, and tracking quotes, schedules, and budgets across international client portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have an HBO+ education level, possess a Pension Advisor diploma (Wft Base, Assets, and Pension), demonstrate strong analytical skills, and have excellent numerical insight. You should be commercially oriented, able to anticipate client needs, and have an extroverted personality with excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
