As a Customer Coordinator for Pensions, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their pension dossiers, ensuring service quality, and monitoring commitments made to clients. The ideal candidate has an HBO+ education level, possesses the Pension Advisor diploma (Wft Base, Assets, and Pension), demonstrates strong analytical skills, and has excellent Dutch and English communication abilities.
