Aon is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a hybrid role in Krakow, Poland. The ideal candidate will manage technology infrastructure projects across the EMEA region, with responsibilities including scope, financial, schedule, and resource management. This role requires strong project management skills, technology experience, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Primary responsibilities involve comprehensive project management across multiple domains including scope management, creating and maintaining project plans accepted by stakeholders, managing financial budgets, developing project schedules, tracking risks and issues, and assembling and leading project teams with clear accountability.
Required experience includes a minimum of 3 years as an independent Project Manager, preferably with infrastructure (data center) experience. Technical knowledge is highly valued, along with proficiency in project management reporting tools. Candidates must have advanced English skills (C1 level) and demonstrate ability to work independently, escalate issues appropriately, and champion work efficiencies.
