Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for their Mid Market team in North-East Netherlands. The role involves advising mid-market clients (up to €75 million revenue) on damage and income insurance, and risk management services, with a focus on sectors like logistics, construction, and trade.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage a client portfolio, providing comprehensive risk and insurance solutions. You will work closely with an internal account manager to manage and expand the portfolio, focusing on relationship management and acquiring new clients. Your responsibilities include conducting detailed risk assessments, developing tailored insurance strategies, and serving as a key point of contact for clients.
The ideal candidate will have an HBO level education, relevant WFT diplomas (Basis, Business Damage and Income), and a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the insurance sector. You should possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into effective insurance solutions.
