Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for their Mid Market team in the North-East Netherlands region. This role involves managing client portfolios in insurance and risk management, advising mid-market companies with revenue up to €75 million across sectors like logistics, construction, and trade.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage client portfolios in the mid-market segment, providing comprehensive insurance and risk management advisory services. Your primary responsibilities include delivering high-quality client support, developing strategic account plans, and maximizing portfolio potential through relationship management and new client acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a HBO level education, WFT diploma in Business Damage and Income insurance, and a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the insurance sector. Strong analytical skills, the ability to understand complex client needs, and expertise in translating insurance solutions are crucial for success in this role.
