You will be the first point of contact for all second-line questions, investigate the information needs of users, and respond accordingly. You will ensure that all connections continue to function and are optimized.
Key qualifications include: HBO work and thinking level, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and SQL, extensive experience with ANVA, data analysis and processing, performing data conversions, and knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Lean, and PRINCE2 is a plus. Candidates should be persistent, independent, convincing, and flexible, with strong analytical skills and enjoyment of running queries and analyzing data.
