Aon is seeking an experienced Senior Broker Property professional in Rotterdam/Amsterdam who will be responsible for closing insurance policies, maintaining existing portfolios, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and advisory skills with extensive experience in property insurance.
Senior Brokers will be primarily responsible for identifying and assessing property risks, providing expert advice on fire and fire-related insurance products, closing new client policies, and maintaining existing portfolios. They will actively develop and innovate product propositions for target markets.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant property insurance experience, demonstrating strong commercial and technical expertise. Requirements include a HBO level education, WFT base and damage certifications, Assurantiediploma A, excellent Dutch communication skills, and preferably English proficiency. Candidates should be result-oriented, technically skilled, and innovative.
