Seeking an experienced Senior Broker to work in the Property division at Aon in Rotterdam/Amsterdam. The role involves commercial and technical expertise in closing policies, maintaining client portfolios, and developing new business opportunities in insurance brokerage.
As a Senior Broker, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing risks in fire and fire-related insurance, closing policies for new clients, maintaining existing portfolios, and developing innovative insurance solutions. You will work closely with team members, account management, clients, and insurers to ensure comprehensive coverage and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of relevant professional experience in property insurance, possess an HBO work and thinking level, hold WFT basis and damage insurance certifications, and have Assurantiediploma A. Excellent Dutch language skills are required, with English being a plus. You should demonstrate strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to provide strategic insurance advice.
