As a Senior Consulting Actuary, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing comprehensive advice about employee benefit schemes. Your primary responsibilities include conducting international (IFRS/US GAAP) and local actuarial valuations, discussing assumptions, reviewing calculations, presenting results, and engaging with auditors. You will also be actively involved in non-recurrent projects such as harmonization initiatives, mergers & acquisition support, and asset-liability management (ALM) studies for pension funds.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience running actuarial accounting valuations, proven project management skills, and the ability to work independently in an international context. Strong technical proficiency is crucial, including excellent Excel skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to work accurately with complex numerical information. You must have prior experience with actuarial valuations, manage multiple project stakeholders effectively, and possess excellent communication skills in Dutch or French and English.
