This role involves leading a team responsible for purchasing, placement, advice on offered risks, policy implementation, product innovation, and quality of insurance products in the Construction, Energy, Marine & Logistics sectors. The Team Manager will report to the Director of Broking LFSG, Cyber & SRE and play a crucial role in achieving profitable growth and improving client advisory services.
Primary Responsibilities: As a Team Manager, you will lead the Construction, Energy, Marine & Logistics team, overseeing purchasing and placement of insurance risks, implementing carrier management policies, developing product strategies, and ensuring high-quality insurance products across liability and professional liability domains. You will actively contribute to the team's commercial objectives and support Aon's growth strategy.
Required Experience and Skills: The role requires strong commercial, leadership, and analytical capabilities, with a proven track record in advising and broking for large clients. Candidates must possess current market knowledge, understanding of regulations, strategic thinking abilities, and structural organizational skills. Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and strong team collaboration capabilities are essential.
