The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment accounting, a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, professional certification such as CPA preferred, and advanced skills in financial reporting, accounting software, and Excel. Deep understanding of US GAAP and investment accounting principles is essential.
