Job description
A specialized role for experienced professionals in infrastructure and energy M&A with demonstrated investment experience. The role requires advanced financial skills and focuses on sustainable infrastructure investments across Europe, offering opportunities to lead investment strategies and mentor junior team members.
Responsible for structuring, investing, and managing bespoke equity investments in sustainable infrastructure and climate transition projects across Europe. Primary responsibilities include full investment lifecycle management from origination to disposal, supporting Directors in market engagement, conducting investment research, and presenting investment opportunities.
Requires advanced technical financial modeling skills, preferably gained in infrastructure teams at investment banks or M&A advisors. Must demonstrate strong execution skills across investment research, analysis, structuring, financing negotiation, and comprehensive due diligence. Candidates should have proven experience in live deal execution with strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy capabilities.
