Job description
A dynamic role within Bain & Company's global training team in Warsaw, responsible for managing significant portions of global training programs. The position requires managing curriculum, logistics, vendor relationships, and attendee communications across multiple training programs with potential international travel.
Primary responsibilities include independently managing major portions of global training programs, such as curriculum management, logistics coordination, vendor relationships, and attendee communications. The role involves executing multiple training program aspects simultaneously, contributing to leadership initiatives, maintaining participant databases, preparing training materials, and negotiating with facilities and vendors.
Requires a BA/BS degree with minimum one year professional experience, preferably in professional services. Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal, communication, project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Must demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple priorities, ability to work independently and collaboratively, interact with senior management, and work flexible hours with potential travel requirements.
