A senior commercial law lawyer position at a dynamic legal firm that is expanding. The role requires a licensed lawyer with 3-5 years of professional experience in a law firm, focusing on commercial and corporate law with strong analytical skills and English proficiency.
Primary Responsibilities: Managing diverse commercial, corporate, and real estate law projects, including property acquisitions through M&A procedures, administering business transfers, mergers and transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal memorandums, and conducting due diligence analyses.
Required Experience and Skills: A licensed lawyer with 3-5 years of professional experience in a law firm, solid legal knowledge in civil and corporate law, preferably with M&A experience.
