Job description
A senior role in the EMEA Benefits team responsible for designing, governing, and managing complex benefits programs across the region. The ideal candidate will work with HR partners to develop strategic benefits solutions, ensure effective risk management, and support employee wellness across international assignments.
Primary responsibilities include managing governance routines for benefits programs, partnering with HR generalists and vendors to design comprehensive benefits supporting physical, financial, and emotional wellness of employees across the EMEA region. The role involves overseeing international benefit programs for assignees, expatriates, and third-country nationals.
Required experience includes deep understanding of benefits governance, exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to consult with senior leadership. Candidates must demonstrate risk management expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the capacity to develop complex benefits solutions while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
