This role involves building and re-architecting a globally consistent object/data store with massive scale (20 Petabytes of data, 30 billion daily transactions, 6 million concurrent connections). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in database systems and distributed computing.
The primary responsibility is to contribute to the core refresh of the Quartz Platform, modernizing its capabilities to meet future user needs. This involves independently implementing complex project components while collaborating effectively with other team members.
Required experience includes advanced knowledge of C++, Python, database design concepts, distributed database technologies, and proven delivery of large-scale technical projects. Candidates should have solid computer science foundations and demonstrable expertise in database implementation and design.
