Job description
A customer-facing role in retail banking where you will provide financial advice, support customers in their banking needs, develop customer relationships, and contribute to the bank's commercial objectives in La Réunion.
As a Customer Relationship Advisor, your primary responsibilities include guiding clients through their banking operations, providing personalized financial products and services, advising on payment methods, consumer credits, savings options, and promoting digital banking tools while ensuring comprehensive customer support.
Ideal candidates will have a Bac+3 degree in banking, finance, or commerce, demonstrate strong sales techniques, negotiation skills, and possess a proactive commercial approach. Proven experience in customer relations, with excellent listening skills, reactivity, and professional rigor are essential qualifications for this role.
