Job description
Barclays is seeking a Client Service Executive to provide first-class customer service through various communication channels. The role involves supporting clients in their day-to-day banking activities, resolving queries efficiently, and personalizing customer interactions with strong communication and technical skills.
Primary responsibilities include collaborating across digital channels to personalize customer interactions, enhancing the bank's digital capabilities, and providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and handling client requests efficiently. The role involves supporting internal stakeholders including sales, operational, and risk management teams to ensure accurate and timely transaction execution.
Successful candidates must have customer service experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in interacting with clients daily, and a robust working knowledge of Microsoft Tools. They should be able to constructively challenge and be challenged, take on new information, and adapt quickly to changing situations.
