The role requires a graduate with minimum 5 years' asset management experience, preferably in Compliance or Middle Office, with 3-5 years of specific guideline management experience. Strong understanding of EU regulations like UCITS & AIFMD, US regulations such as 1940 Act, and proficiency in compliance systems are essential.
